Those of you who have followed DASA’s journey for a long time may remember Eloise from her previous time working at DASA from 2010-2017, firstly as the Transitional After Care Unit (TACU) Project Officer & Manager, followed by her taking up the Deputy CEO & Quality Manager role in 2011. Eloise was mentored by Carole for several years before departing for her 5-year Western Australian adventure, during which she held a role on the DASA Board, keeping a keen eye and ear on DASA’s progress.

While in WA, Eloise worked in a variety of leadership roles, primarily in Aboriginal organisations, working across conservation & land management, disability, aged care, youth, sport & recreation. Eloise holds qualifications in AOD & Mental Health, Governance, Human Resources and Correctional Administration. She is also in her final year of a Bachelor of Dementia Care and, is hoping to explore the impacts of alcohol on the brain further.

Eloise is a long term Centralian, moving here from SA in the mid-nineties and then raising four sons here. She is very happy to be back home in the Alice and at DASA.
